The company has thus made public their new video on demand (VOD) service that is named Orange CineHome. The service will have the subscribers of Orange having access to as many as 1,500 plus films, TV series and even an assortment of adult films. One may thus have to get access to the least of 2 Mbit/s –internet line from the provider. A current orange subscriber pays as much as CHF14 (€11) per month for the new service. This apart people who are subscribing to other telcos and want to opt for the Orange CineHiome will have to shell out as much as CHF19 (€15) per month.
The price to be paid is also inclusive of the rent to be paid for the set-op-box. This set-top-box simply connects the TV with broadband from where on one may have this access to the assortment of films as offered by the VOD service online.
